Job Description

About the role:

The Manager, Ageing Well plays a key leadership role within our Support Services team, driving high-quality, person-centred aged care supports across Australia. You’ll lead a small team of Care Partners, strengthen operational systems, and drive sustainable growth aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and Deaf Connect’s strategic priorities. 

Main responsibilities of the role include:  

  • Lead the Ageing Well Care Partners, build team capability and drive sustainable, innovative service growth 

  • Ensure quality, safety and compliance, meeting Aged Care Quality Standards  

  • Optimise operations and systems through scalable processes and consistent national delivery 

  • Provide practice leadership and act as an escalation point for complex participant needs 

About You:

In your application, let us know if you have these key skills and experience:  

  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act and relevant compliance requirements  

  • Demonstrated highly developed team leadership and management skills within aged care, disability, health or community service,   

  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and generate a culture of continuous improvement  

You should also let us know if you have these other great skills:  

  • Experience working with the Deaf and hard of hearing community 

  • Auslan fluency
