About the role:

The Team Leader, Scheduling is responsible for leading and coordinating the efficient scheduling, allocation and optimisation of our Education delivery workforce. Working closely with the Manager, Program Delivery, you will ensure programs are appropriately resourced, maintain compliance requirements, and support strategic workforce planning initiatives. 

Main responsibilities of the role include: 

• Providing leadership, coaching and support to the Scheduling team while driving continuous improvement initiatives 

• Producing workforce and scheduling reports and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and resource utilisation 

• Managing scheduling systems and processes to ensure data integrity, compliance and operational efficiency  

• Monitoring workforce capacity, efficiency, utilisation and supporting effective planning and decision-making  

• Leading end-to-end scheduling operations across all Education programs

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building capabilities 

• Experience using workforce management, scheduling and communication systems, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail  

• Demonstrated experience managing teams and building high-performing workplace cultures
