About the role:
We have a permanent, part time (0.8 FTE) Support Coordinator position available. You'll work closely with NDIS participants to help them understand, manage and get the most from their NDIS plans. And support people to achieve their goals, connect with services, build community networks and increase their independence.
This is a rewarding role where you'll build strong relationships with participants, families, service providers and the broader community.
