About the role:

As the Coordinator, RTO Quality, you will be the go-to person for keeping our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) fully compliant, high-performing, and aligned with ASQA Standards (2015) and ISO 9001 quality systems.

Through both hands-on work and close collaboration with our operations and delivery teams, you will make sure our training design and delivery practices remain consistently high quality. You will review processes regularly, find ways to improve, and help guide the overall student experience.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for complex compliance matters and translate regulations into practical operational guidance.
  • Coordinate internal reviews, regulatory self-assessments, and compliance audits to ensure we meet all standard obligations.
  • Maintain accurate Trainer profiles, support our Working Under Supervision framework, and provide expert advice on our scope of registration.
  • Analyze feedback, surveys, and validation trends to find ways to make our processes better and resolve recurring compliance issues.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new staff, and share knowledge across the broader RTO team.

About you:

In your application, let us know if you have these key skills and experience:

  • Substantial experience in an education sector compliance role (ideally VET/RTO), with strong working knowledge of ASQA Standards and quality systems.
  • Demonstrated experience handling quality assurance reviews, internal audits, or compliance tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex regulations clearly.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence others positively without needing formal authority.
  • High-level digital literacy, including experience with Student Management Systems (preferably aXcelerate), Learning Management Systems (preferably Moodle), and MS Office.

You should also let us know if you have these other great skills:
