Care Partner Administrator

Location: Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney

Pay: $34.58 to $37.73 p/hour + salary packaging + super

About the role:

This 12 month fixed-term role supports our Care Partners and Ageing Well team with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will help keep everything organised so clients receive the best possible service.

Main responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Provide daily administrative support to Care Partners and Manager
  • Organise appointments, meetings, and schedules
  • Communicate with clients, families, and service providers
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and client records
  • Prepare and check documents like care plans and agreements
  • Track tasks and follow up to make sure nothing is missed
  • Support onboarding of new clients
  • Help with basic service and funding administrative tasks

About you:

  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Problem-solving mindset and flexible attitude
  • NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to get one)

  • Auslan skills
  • Understanding of aged care services
