WANT A JOB THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE — AND PAYS YOU TO LEVEL UP YOUR SKILLS?
This isn’t just another call centre role.
Every call you make helps support Deaf and Deafblind Australians by raising vital funds for life-changing services. You’ll be part of a positive, purpose-driven team where your work truly matters.
We’re looking for 3–4 motivated people to join our Contact Centre team. Whether you’re studying, looking for meaningful work, or ready to start a new career path, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, high-energy environment.
No cold-calling – just genuine conversations that make an impact
In return you will get:
- Uncapped bonuses – many team members earn an extra $100–$200 per week
- Flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle
- Up to 4 weeks paid annual leave (for full-time staff)
- Ongoing coaching and training to help you succeed
- Career progression opportunities in sales, coaching, and leadership
- A welcoming, inclusive workplace with a strong team culture
About the role:
As part of our Contact Centre team, you’ll:
- Make outbound calls to existing supporters (no cold-calling)
- Promote our charity lottery program and explain how it supports the Deaf community
- Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Work towards achievable sales and fundraising targets
- Update customer details accurately using our digital systems
You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help you feel confident and successful in the role.
About you:
You don’t need to tick every box – attitude matters more than experience.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Enjoy talking to people and building rapport
- Are motivated, positive, and goal-focused
- Want to develop sales and communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Are comfortable using basic computer systems
Experience that’s helpful (but not essential):
